What is the minimum order quantity?

One 20-foot container is our standard minimum. Contact us if you would like to discuss a trial order.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes. We offer cube, hexagonal, dome, and stick shapes, and can press custom dimensions on request.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. We can send samples so you can test burn time, ash, and heat before placing a full order.

What ash content do you guarantee?

Our briquettes are under 2.5% ash. Some grades go lower; ask us for the exact figures for your market.

How is the product packed?

Four options, from plain bulk to full-colour retail boxes, all in a 10 kg master carton. See the Packaging section.
